We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We offer full refunds for quality issues or wrong orders. Subscription refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with 24 hours notice. Single orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery time. No cancellation charges apply.

Quality Issues

If you receive an order that doesn't meet our quality standards:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
  2. Share photos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through the original payment method:

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 1-2 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Cash payments: Immediate cash refund
